Foreign Teachers choose to come to the Canadian Trillinium School Ltd of Dhaka, Bangladesh because it offers an excellent platform to strengthen their professional expertise, or to share their teaching experience and enjoy travel and discover other cultures. CTS follows the Canadian New Brunswick Curriculum throughout grades Pre-K to Grade 12, and the high school diploma. Teaching staff can expect meaningful professional development and Teacher Performance Appraisals. Because CTS is a small school, classes are small, and teachers easily become part of the school community. After-school activities offer various sports that teachers can coach, along with programs that teachers can oversee, such as Chess Club and Math Club. Behind the school is the Gulshan Park where staff members walk or run after classes. CTS has a number of holidays per year, including a break in December, and another in March. The school year begins at the end of August and extends to the end of June.
Many staff members enjoy touring through Bangladesh, experiencing the chaotic streets of Dhaka, ancient historic sites, boat cruises to the Bay of Bengal and the Sundarbans, Saint Martin Teknaf, as well as the longest beach in the world at Cox’s Bazar. Further, other countries, such as India, Nepal, Thailand, Malaysia and Indonesia are close at hand and inexpensive travel to these places is available.

Depending on individual lifestyle, teachers can save more then 2/3 of their salary.
